The reason for this book being written is to give you, the reader an "inside" look as to who Virtuity is, and hear firsthand from some of the people who have helped shape the culture, success and current trajectory of Virtuity.
"Virtuity is a co-brand, and is a way to differentiate our team from the sea of almost 60,000 agents in one of the most fascinating companies I've ever seen, World Financial Group.
Virtuity is a team that has come together over a span of 20 years, and is aligned as a team of individuals, with a common purpose to right the wrong of the current financial industry by spreading the word of financial literacy and entrepreneurship, to the masses of people that for too long have worked under a system designed to fail.
What we do is we educate people, make them aware of their current state of being when it comes to their finances and lifestyle, and come up with their "Dream Life Picture." We then help them create a roadmap from where they are, to where they want to be, step by step.
In this book, you the reader will have a chance to get to know some of our top leaders, who have been with us anywhere from 2 years, all the way up to 20 years.
You'll hear their stories, how they started, when they started, when they had their AH HA moment, and what their plans for the future are. You'll also hear the challenges they've had to overcome, their struggles, battles, and their ultimate victory and how they become leaders in this family culture we have here.
